The El Conquistador – “El Con” – is residential building located in the shore town of Seaside Heights, NJ. Our building is across the street from the beach and the world famous Seaside Heights Boardwalk.

Property Manager
The Property Manager is responsible for making sure everything at the El Con runs smoothly, handles various paperwork and communication, is a liaison with contractors who may be doing work on-site, and assists the Board of Directors in various other matters.
